Should be able to install simply by:

# apt-get install msttcorefonts
# dpkg-reconfigure --force msttcorefonts

Manual Installation

Alternatively download each font as an .exe file and extract TTF contents (Konqueror → Actions → Extract):

Then in KDE Control Center take option to Add Fonts.
